This class is required for our Competition Team.
This 30 minute conditioning class is for dancers 12 and up who are interested in increasing strength, stamina and flexibility - every student can benefit from more conditioning, no matter their level!
Strength and flexibility are opposite sides of the same coin in dance, and students must develop both equally to achieve their highest potential. Dancers will focus on exercises to develop more power in their dancing, more height in jumps and kicks, a tighter core for turns, etc.
The price for this class is $15/month.

*Dress Code: Any fitted dancewear is permitted. Baggy tshirts and clothing should be removed before class so the instructors can accurately adjust your movement.
*Shoes: Dancers may practice in bare feet, or in any of their dance shoes.
Adding a class online will reserve a spot in your selected day/time for $5/class. This $5 acts as your registration fee.
